My job for many years in the U.S. was a professional magician. I got to travel all over making money performing. I got saved and had to make a choice. I wanted to serve Jesus, but living the “show-business” life did not mix well with being a sold-out-to-God Christian. Places I had to go to perform were not places a Christian would go. So I quit my career and decided to follow Jesus.
I now get to use those same skills, giving the Gospel in illustration with Gospel magic. I do it for Jesus, not money; God provides. All I do is sleight of hand and nothing is of the occult. I do not do magic. It is all to give honor and glory to my Savior Jesus Christ and not to me.
The magic illustrations give me an open door to spend time with children (and adults) and they will listen longer to me if they are excited about the presentation. It would be an honor to be able to use the talent that God gave me to help your church in any outreach endeavor—to give God the glory and honor as we reach the lost together.
